4/5/24 NOTICE – Approximately 1800 customers were inadvertently billed for sewer service due to a missed code in our billing software. If you are one of these customers, please call 706-960-9835, or come by our billing office at 137 Hiawassee Street in downtown Clayton, to have your bill adjusted accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through these unforeseen issues. It is our intention to make the consolidation of water and sewer services as seamless as possible and we will continue to work to quickly resolve any problems which may arise. Thank you.

Effective February 26th, 2024, our new business office and payment center will be located at 137 Hiawassee Street in Downtown Clayton, in the old Sharing & Caring location. The lobby will be open for customer payments and inquiries. We look forward to continuing to serve your customer needs in the safest and most efficient way possible.
